The Super Admin or Multi-Vendor Admin dashboard gives a complete overview on the activities in the eCommerce platform.
They can view the total number of Vendor, total sales and total products and such other information.
They can also navigate to different other sections in the Multi-Vendor Admin, through their dashboard.
The Super Admin or the Owner of the Multi-Vendor eCommerce Portal can have complete control over all the Vendors, who have their online stores on the platform. The module gives a provision to the Admin for keeping a Vendor active or in-active on the platform.
The Admin can view the list of Vendors on the platform. They can edit any Vendor information and also delete a Vendor, if they do not want them in the platform.
We have provided an easy and organized creation of Vendor. You may enter their company name and information and add their company logo. You can have different categories for Vendors and you can categorize accordingly.
You can then define the commission that will be deducted from their each sale. You can also view and manage the entire data of the Vendor, their products, orders, total sales and earnings.
You can also add their payment information, for transferring their final earnings.
You can view the list of products of a particular Vendor. You can view the complete product list along with their names, models, the quantity they have in stock.
You can export the product list in excel sheet and You can update the product price.
Admin can have complete control over mapping the products to the categories, for very Vendor. Depending on the type of products of a Vendor, the Admin can map it into a category.
Depending on the product categories, the Admin can choose to have a particular categories only for that Vendor. Admin can also define commission for each Vendor separately, as well as for all the Vendors globally.
The Super Admin can get a complete overview on the total sales that happened in the platform, through different Vendors. They can also know the total sales of a particular product.
They can know the sales that happened from a particular online store of a particular Vendor too. Also, they can view the payment transactions through every sale, total number of transactions through sales of a Vendor's online store, and the sales of a particular product and more.
Admin have the privilege to add the product for vendors and it can be edited or deleted by them.
Admin has a choice of keeping the products active for sale or make it in-active when the product is out of stock
The Super Admin can keep track of complete payment aspect on the eCommerce platform. They can keep track of the total income through all the sales and orders from all the Vendors.
They can also know the final settlement to each Vendor, after the deduction of the commission. They can have track of the net income after the deduction of the commission.
