Cancel Order Requests in Admin

Cancel Order requests are different requests from Customers on the Storefront to cancel their placed orders. This list will include cancel requests again both Admin Products and Vendor Products. The Admin can manage those requests from this section. 


Admin Panel ‣ Sales ‣ Cancel request

  • The Admin can see a list of Cancel Requests, along with the Order Item Number, Product title, Name of the person, who had placed the order, the reason for cancellation and remarks.
  • The Admin can review the details and either select ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’.
  • The Admin can also filter Cancelled Orders, by giving a particular Order number.
  • The Admin can also do bulk update for cancel requests by exporting all the cancel requests in an excel or CSV, update it and upload it back.
